  16. My Nokia 3360 cell phone is supposed to work with the Infrared port on my
  17. laptop as a modem.

  20. When kermit tries to dial, it gets a "no carrier".  If I turn off carrier
  21. and try to ATDT1232314 I get "no carrier" immediately.

  23. If I go to control panel, I can run diags and get responses.

  26. There is no "manual" per se.  It is recognized by Win2000 as a "Standard 
  27. Modem over IR link" mdmirmdm.inf
